Kerry, Director, partner and co-founder, has worked in recruitment for 20+ years. She brings a focused and tenacious work ethic to her specialisms of front office trading and technology for both buy and sell-side firms. Kerry is equally at home recruiting for top tier bulge bracket institutions and boutique hedge funds.
Matthew, Managing Director, partner and co-founder, has over 25 years full lifecycle headhunting experience. Graduating in the UK in 1996 and relocated to Hong Kong in 2001, Matthew focussing on senior Asia hiring across disciplines that include Ratings, Financial Technology, DCM, Front Office etc
Stella, partner and co-founder, has worked in recruitment for 20+ years. She is focused on technology, finance, accounting, sales and marketing across various industries. She graduated in Australia, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
