Implementation Manager – Online Broker

Our client, an award-winning US Online brokerage company, is looking for an Implementation Manager. This role works closely with clients in China to implement the systems/solutions, provide training and ongoing support, and ensure high customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute system implementation projects for clients
• Provide ongoing support to facilitate ongoing operations with business partners
• Measure project progress against client expectations and established timeline, assesses issues and implements countermeasures
• Plan and execute training for users, including systems administration and daily and periodic processes and reporting
• Frequent travel to China (Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen)

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• More than 3 years experience in financial service industry.
• Experience in trading applications and backend Market Data with knowledge of trading concepts.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and mandarin
