Market Research Analyst – Alternative Investment

Our client, a Multinational Financial Data Provider, is looking to hire a Market Research Analyst to focus on building relationships with and researching on Greater China-based institutional Investors. The role comes with a competitive compensation package and excellent work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors across the Greater China region via telephone and email communications
• Conducting web-based research on institutional investors
• Updating online databases with key financial information, statistics, and analysis
• Analysing large data sets and controlling quality and accuracy by using Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications
• Performing analysis and generating reports for clients on an ad-hoc basis

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Journalism, or other related disciplines
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Excellent communication skills with confidence building relationships to senior level executives
• Eagerness to learn and attention to detail
• Excellent fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
