Our client, a well-established Offshore Fund Services Provider, is looking to hire an Associate to provide fund services and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients i.e. hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the service, maintenance, and development of a portfolio of hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, etc
Responsible for regulatory and risk management projects i.e. performance and investor reporting, financial statement/audit reviews, regulatory filing, etc
Proactively communicate with clients on regulatory updates i.e. CRS, FATCA, etc
Prepare due diligence documentation and reference materials
Job Requirement
Bachelors degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant fund admin/ client service/ compliance experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding time management, organization skills, and attention to details
Willingness to learn and interest in the Asset Management/ Hedge Fund industry
Excellent oral/written communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin
