BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Business Development Associate is responsible for generating and developing business by building relationships with clients

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new retail clients and increase prospect conversion rates (exp with High Net Worth Individuals is considered also)
• Maintain client relationships and improve retention rates
• Develop new business channels that would grow client base in a scalable manner
• Drive marketing campaigns to increase sales
• Provide market-oriented feedback to management and other departments (IT and Algo) on product improvement

Job Requirements

• Degree educated along with 3- 5 years’ experience in financial or investment industry with sales background
• Good Cantonese and a good command of Mandarin and English is ideal
• Possess excellent presentation and strong communication skills with high conviction
• Have a willingness to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team environment
