Each director brings a unique and complimentary quality to the table. Matthew is one of the longest-standing Hong Kong-based expatriate recruitment professionals, having worked in Hong Kong since 2001. He has built an extensive network of contacts, as well as in-depth understanding of his clients industries and business needs.
Matthew, Managing Director, partner and co-founder, has over 20 years full lifecycle headhunting experience. Graduating in the UK in 1996 and relocated to Hong Kong in 2001, Matthew focussing on senior Asia hiring across disciplines that include Ratings, Financial Technology, DCM, Front Office etc
Kerry, Director, partner and co-founder, has worked in recruitment for 10+ years. She brings a focused and tenacious work ethic to her specialisms of front office trading and technology for both buy and sell-side firms. Kerry is equally at home recruiting for top tier bulge bracket institutions and boutique hedge funds. In recent years she has also built up a strong presence in China, capitalizing on her headhunting strengths. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Stella, partner and co-founder, has worked in recruitment for 10+ years. She is focused on technology, finance, accounting, sales and marketing across various industries. She graduated in Australia, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
William works closely with the Partners/Directors of the firm and he has gained expertise in the fields of Debt Capital Markets, Credit Rating, Equity Research, Sales, Relationship Management, Consulting, Fintech, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Analysis, etc. A graduate of the University of Washington, he is multilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Shanghainese.
Donna works closely with the Partners and Managing Director of the firm. She is experienced recruiting for the Asset Management, Hedge Funds, and Investment banking industries, covering front office to middle office areas across asset classes. She is passionate in finding the best talent across the globe and seeks to empathise candidates’ career plans to elevate them to the next level through the right platform. She studied Psychology and Economics in the University of British Columbia and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Kevin is focused primarily on technology related hiring across financial and commercial industries. Areas include technical Development, Hardware / Infrastructure Design, Implementation and Support. Graduating in the UK, he is fluent in English and Cantonese.
Nicky focusses on middle to senior management level positions primarily for Investment Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds and Insurance companies in the fields of IT, Project Management, Business Management, Fund Operation, Marketing, Accounting & Finance etc across Hong Kong, China and APAC. She strives to deliver high quality services building close long-term relationship with clients and candidates. A UK graduate of Psychology, she is multilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
